Salad “Salamuri”

A crunchy salad mix with watermelon and feta in an original preparation - with the addition of cucumber, blue onion, signature citrus-soy sauce and aromatic sesame seeds

Fresh arugula is dressed with a signature cilantro dressing, topped with tender hummus, slices of baked eggplant, juicy roast beef, and blanched cherry tomatoes. It is garnished with grated Parmesan and drizzled with balsamic cream, which gives a pleasant sourness.

Our version of Caesar salad with marinated grilled chicken thigh, bacon chips, cucumber, fresh lettuce, dressing with sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and quail egg, sprinkled with Parmesan.
