Georgian salad

A light mix of fresh greens with juicy cherries and tender persimmons. Roasted halloumi adds warmth and softness to the dish, and everything is combined in a signature dressing based on soy sauce, Dijon mustard and orange juice. Dried cranberries complete the taste.
